The Ghana Medical Technology Awards has been designed by its organizers, the Business Executive magazine as an award scheme which will be held every two years in Ghana to identify and publicly recognize medical laboratories, medical equipment and medical technologists who are outstanding in their capabilities, commitment and actual performance with regards to their positive impact on the health of patients. Ultimately the awards aim to guide the public in Ghana towards medical laboratories that employ the best human expertise and deploy the best medical equipment in order to achieve the best effects on patients and other clientele.
The award scheme is designed, promoted and facilitated by The Business Executive magazine, which is the leading dedicated journal covering economy, business, finance, investment and socio-economic development issues in West Africa. It is circulated around the sub-region through a unique collaboration with the Federation of West African Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FEWACCI). The publishers also organize several corporate/institutional events such as business summits, forums and conferences as well as an array of award schemes such as the Africa Business Executive Excellence Awards, Ghana Economic Review Forum, Ghana Manufacturers Business Summit, Ghana Trade and Commerce Awards and The Ghana Industry CEO Awards among several others.
THE AWARDS
Awardees will be conferred with plaques inscribed with a citation. Thus each award will serve as a guide, for both local and international publics as to the most exemplary provider of medical laboratory services in that particular aspect as delineated by the award category.
